These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the RIZONI TOOLS website, tools and content (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

2. The Service
RIZONI TOOLS provides free online tools for working with PDFs, images, text and other everyday tasks, together with articles and guides. You can use the tools without creating an account.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service for personal, educational and business purposes, as long as you follow these Terms and applicable laws.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you have no right to use;
- use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers or its networks;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Service, its design or its content without our permission;
- misuse our contact form, for example to send spam.
5. File processing and your content
All current tools process your files and text locally in your web browser, on your own device. We do not receive, store or claim any rights over the content you process. You remain fully responsible for:
- making sure you have the right to use, convert or modify the content you process;
- checking that the results are correct before you rely on them;
- keeping backups of your original files.
If a future tool needs to process files on a server, its page will say so clearly, and our Privacy Policy will explain how those files are handled.
6. Tool availability and limits
We may add, change, improve or remove tools and features at any time. Tools may have practical limits, such as a maximum file size or number of files, which are shown in the tool. Because processing happens on your device, results and speed can also depend on your browser, device and available memory, and some files — for example damaged or password-protected PDFs — may not be processed successfully.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
The RIZONI TOOLS name, logo, design, website text, articles and software are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to RIZONI TOOLS or its licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licenses. You may link to our pages, but you may not copy substantial parts of our content or design without permission.
9. Third-party services
The Service may use or link to third-party services, such as analytics, advertising providers and external websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Advertisements shown on the Service are provided by third parties and do not mean we endorse the advertised products.

To the extent permitted by law, RIZONI TOOLS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer protection rights in your country still apply.

All tools are currently free. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, their prices and conditions will be shown clearly before purchase, and these Terms will be updated.
13. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change significantly affects how you use the Service, we will try to give reasonable notice on the website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
