RIZONI TOOLS is a free website with online tools for the everyday work people do with files and text: converting and compressing PDFs, resizing and optimizing images, counting and cleaning text, creating QR codes and more. Every tool is designed to do one job well, with sensible defaults, clear options and no clutter.
What RIZONI TOOLS provides
The site currently offers 20 tools in four groups.
PDF tools — JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF Compressor, PDF Merger, PDF Splitter, PDF Rotator and PDF Page Extractor.
Image tools — Image Compressor, Image Resizer, Image Converter, PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG and WebP Converter.
Text tools — Word Counter, Character Counter, Case Converter and Text Cleaner.
Utility tools — QR Code Generator, Base64 Encoder & Decoder and Color Converter.
All 20 tools are free to use. You don't need to create an account, and we don't add watermarks to your files.
Why RIZONI TOOLS exists
Small file tasks come up constantly: a form that only accepts PDFs, an attachment that is too large, a photo that needs to be smaller for a website, a text that must stay under a character limit. Installing software for each of these is inconvenient, and many online services ask you to upload personal documents to an unknown server. RIZONI TOOLS exists to make these tasks quick and simple, in a way that respects your files.
How the tools work
All 20 current tools run in your web browser. They use well-established open-source libraries — such as PDF.js and pdf-lib for PDFs — and the browser's built-in image features to do the work directly on your device. This means:
- your files and text are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers;
- there is no waiting for uploads or server queues;
- results appear as soon as your device has finished processing.
Each tool page states when a tool processes files locally. If we ever add a tool that needs a server to do its work, its page will say so clearly, and our Privacy Policy will explain how those files are handled.
Because processing happens on your device, very large files can take longer on older phones or computers with little memory. For heavy jobs, a desktop or laptop computer is usually the fastest option.
Privacy considerations
Local processing covers the files and text you work with. Like any website, RIZONI TOOLS also involves some website data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, your language choice is remembered in a cookie, and — only if they are switched on and only with your consent where required — analytics and advertising services may set their own cookies. If you contact us, we receive the information you send. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain all of this in detail.
Honest by design
We don't publish fake reviews, invented user numbers or made-up awards. If a PDF is already well optimized and can't be made smaller, the compressor tells you and returns your original file rather than a larger one. When a setting has a trade-off — for example, strong PDF compression making text unselectable — the tool and our guides explain it.
Guides and articles
The RIZONI TOOLS Blog publishes practical guides on working with PDFs, images and file formats. Articles are written and reviewed by the RIZONI TOOLS Editorial Team, based on how the formats and tools actually work. Each article shows when it was published and, where relevant, when it was last updated.
Languages
RIZONI TOOLS is available in English, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese, with a full right-to-left layout for Arabic. The site suggests a language based on your browser settings, and you can switch at any time from the header or footer.
